DVBFinder is a tool designed to assist with satellite dish setup, compatible with a DVBFinder dongle or a satellite receiver featuring DVBFinder dongle functionality. This tool provides real-time information on precise azimuth, signal strength, and quality, essential for accurate dish installation.
Instructions for use:
- Connect the DVBFinder dongle to LNB or scan the QR code on a receiver supporting DVBFinder dongle functionality.
- On your mobile device:
- Activate Bluetooth and GPS.
- Launch the app and wait until the connection icon changes to indicate readiness.
- Select satellite/TP, configure Antenna LNB/22K/Diseqc settings.
- Utilize the red arrow guide to adjust the satellite dish position once GPS is acquired, maximizing signal strength and quality.
- The signal strength indicator will switch to green upon locking.
- Tap the search icon to scan the current TP and inspect available programs.
